When you give to the Center for the Study of Economic Liberty, your gift supports research by faculty, students and Center staff dedicated to evaluating the contribution of economic liberty to human betterment. Whether examining the regulatory framework within which small and medium-sized businesses operate, or exploring the history of economic thought, our research is aimed at understanding how economic liberty can lead to making life better for societies, offering analyses and solutions to those struggling in deteriorating systems. Private property and voluntary governance options for commons; the impact of occupational licensing on immigrants, minority populations, and recidivism; formal and informal institutions and economic prosperity; and entrepreneurship and civil liberties, are topics of research under scrutiny at our Center. Donors invest in our Doing Business North America project, as well as our public lecture series, “Perspectives on Economic Liberty."
