Doing Business North America - AZ Launch

DBNA wordmark horizontal black and maroon

The "Doing Business North America" (DBNA) project will provide objective measures of business regulations and their enforcement across 115 cities in 92 states, provinces, and federal districts which comprise the sub-national units of Canada, Mexico and the United States.

Modeled upon the methodology of the World Bank’s "Doing Business" report, the center’s "Doing Business North America" report will measure the regulations which apply to domestic small and medium-size companies throughout their life cycle.

By gathering and analyzing comprehensive quantitative data to compare business regulation environments across North America, "Doing Business North America" will offer measurable benchmarks for reform that will encourage sub-national economies to compete towards more efficient regulation.
